I am extremely pleased to inform you that a housing society has been formed that caters to the needs of quality housing for people with Defence & other services background.

I take the opportunity to introduce the Defence & Services Personnel’s Welfare Housing Society, which aims to offer quality housing and investment options at exceptionally affordable cost, to the Officers and former Officers of Defence forces like the Army, Navy, Airforce, CRPF, CISF, BSF, ITBP, other allied forces like Police, IPS, IAS, etc. and also the personnel in Civil, Judicial and Government services.

The Society has on panel credible names from the Defence fraternity and is run by the most experienced and knowledgeable retired senior Defence and Civil officers.

Having served the Indian Army for several years, I have a profound association with the Defence comradeship and this is a tiny gesture to express my gratitude and make an effort to give back to the Guardians and Servers of the country and its citizens.

All the Officers, Former Officers and spouse and siblings of officers serving the Defence forces, other allied forces and the personnel in Civil, Judicial and Government Services, can be assured that each project of the Society would offer economical and affordable real estate options without compromising on the quality.
