Defence & Services Personnel’s Welfare Housing Society (DSPWHS) has been formed with a vision to make ‘Quality Housing available to Defence & Services Personnel’. The Society aims at building Quality Spaces at surprisingly affordable rates for those who tirelessly serve the nation and are rightly called our Nation’s Pride!

Since its inception, Defence & Service Personnel’s Welfare Housing Society is committed to serve the housing needs of serving/retired personnel from Army, Navy, Air force, BSF, ITBP, CRPF, other allied forces like Police, IPS, IAS, IFS, PCS, PPS etc. and Govt. services & their spouses and wards.

Defence & Services Personnel’s Welfare Housing Society has delivered some impeccable projects in the past including Imperial Heights & Imperial County. With an aim to keep working towards the welfare of defence personnel and their families, we are coming up with a number of affordable group housing schemes. We hope that our patrons would take great advantage of this by availing homes in our forthcoming projects.
